Wikely prides itself on compliance and efficiency in the delivery of orders to its customers.
As one of our pillars is the issue of sustainability we are committed to produce only the items ordered. Therefore, some delivery times will be subject to production.
After your order you will receive an email with all information about delivery times, or if you wish you can send an email to: info@wikely.com
Wikely is not responsible for delivery delays in cases of storms, border problems, transport associated strikes, or any other situation beyond our control. Once the order is shipped, the address provided cannot be changed. Please fill in the address correctly at checkout. In case of failed delivery and return to sender, Wikely will reship.
If the delivery is not achieved due to the customer's responsibility, the customer will assume the new costs.
RECEIPT OF ORDER
In order to guarantee the responsibility of potential damages occurred during the transport of the products and having as base the instructions of the transport companies, we inform the following procedures to have at the reception:
- Check the outside of the package;
- If there are signs of damage inside the package, you should reject the order and not receive it under the penalty of assuming the responsibility for the damage.
- If it is not possible to check the contents of the package on receipt, it must be written on the carrier's delivery document "Packaging damaged / Box crumpled / torn / wet, etc.";
- If any small anomaly is detected in the package, even if you do not think you have damaged the product, the delivery document from the carrier must state "Packaging damaged / Box crumpled / torn / wet, etc.";
- If you open the package and notice any damage to the product, we ask you to inform us by e-mail: info@wikely.com, within 24 hours after receiving the goods.
Everything that was used in the packaging must be kept for further investigation by the carrier and/or the supplier.
The lack of this procedure wikely.com reserves the right to decline any responsibility in the event.
We further inform you that any complaint made in this context and that does not appear on the proof of delivery of the carrier the record of the anomalies or damage, will not be considered by us.
