These terms establish the conditions that determine the use of the wikely.com website and regulate the conditions of the purchase process of products on it. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

ORDERING
After finalizing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, however, it does not mean that your purchase has been approved, we only process the order after payment confirmation. If it is not possible to supply the chosen product due to stock failure or for not being in perfect condition, you will be informed via e-mail. In case the payment has already been made, we will proceed with the return within a maximum of 5 days.
PRODUCTS
The products may suffer slight changes in colour or material in relation to the image on the site. We try to be as faithful as possible, however, small changes may occur.
PRICES
The prices of our products may vary over time and without notice. These variations are not altered after purchase confirmation. The price of each item does not include the cost of postage. All prices are in EURO and include the percentage of VAT in force.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required at the time of order, you can pay by credit card, ATM reference, PayPal or MBWay.
The customer is solely responsible for all information requested during the purchase, all data must be true, so that it is possible to process the order without any hitch and, in case of need, contact you without problem.
All transactions in our online shop are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Secure Data Encryption. This encryption process ensures the security of all transactions ensuring that no one can decode your personal data.
DELIVERIES
The delivery will only be completed when the customer receives the order at the indicated address. Our delivery times are:
Portugal: 1-3 working days
Europe: 3-7 working days
Important: In case of non-delivery and return to sender, Wikely will reship. If delivery is not achieved due to the responsibility of the client, the client will bear the new shipping costs.
RIGHT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The Customer, as a consumer, has the right to return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt of the product. If you wish to do so, please send us an email to: info@wikely.com. The item(s) must be in perfect condition, with the original tags attached. If the item(s) are not in perfect condition, the brand has the right to refuse the return. The shipping of the order is the responsibility of the customer and we advise you to send the order by registered post for security reasons. Wikely will issue refunds using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, or by bank transfer.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your privacy is very important to us and we are committed to protecting it. To make a purchase on our website, you will have to give us some personal information, which will be used, solely and exclusively, for the execution of the contract. No information you give us will be shared with third parties, or used for purposes other than the execution of the contract.
SITUATIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Wikely is not responsible for reasons constituting "Force Majeure" that make it impossible to deliver the order on time. Such reasons as; strike, transport failure, communication failure, terrorist attacks, war, storm, earthquake, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
If Wikely is unable to meet the delivery date of the order, we will inform you of this situation, giving you the option to continue with the purchase, setting a new delivery date, or cancel the order, with full refund of the amounts paid, within a maximum of 5 days from the date of knowledge of the unavailability.
OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to a Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity.
The updated lists of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities, available under the terms of paragraph 2 of Article 17 of Law 144/2015 of 8 September, as amended by Decree-Law 102/2017 of 23 August, are available for consultation at: Consumer Protection
If the transaction concluded between the consumer and Wikely has been concluded through our website, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, the Client is entitled to try to resolve any dispute out of court by accessing the electronic platform for online dispute resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All texts, comments, works, illustrations, works and images reproduced or represented on the wikely.com site are strictly reserved in terms of copyright as well as intellectual property rights, for the whole world.
Accordingly and under the terms of the Intellectual Property Code, only the use of information for private purposes is authorised, subject to contrary provisions including more restrictive provisions contained in the said code.
Any total or partial reproduction or representation of the wikely.com site, in whole or in part, of the elements included in the same is strictly prohibited.
The social denominations, brands and distinctive signs reproduced on the wikely.com site are protected under the terms of the legal provisions applicable to industrial property. The reproduction or representation of all or part of any distinctive signs is strictly prohibited and must be subject to prior written consent of the owner of the Wikely trademark.
If the "User" wishes to use information or materials from the website, prior written permission must be obtained from Wikely.
APPLICABLE LAW
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all disputes arising in connection with these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the wikely.com site or any purchase on it shall be governed by Portuguese Law.
AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE ONLINE SHOP
Wikely has the right to change these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The "Buyer" is subject to the principles and terms in effect at the date of his order, unless the law or competent authority imposes any change to them.
